Buzz Art AuctionsBUZZ ART AUCTIONS

When: Saturday, November 7th, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Where: Loews Chicago Hotel, 455 N. Park Drive, 60611

Why you may want to attend: Buzz Art Auctions, the live and entertaining art series benefiting charity, makes its tour stop in the Windy City this fall.

Guests are invited to mix & mingle while enjoying food and beverages from Bombay Sapphire, all to benefit charity.  This one-of-a-kind experience is a no reserve auction where up to fifty original works by some of today’s top street, graffiti and contemporary artists will be auctioned off live.  A portion of the proceeds from each piece will benefit Best Buddies International and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

“Buzz Art was created to give young art collectors the opportunity to purchase the works of many of their favorite artists in a fun and approachable atmosphere,” says founder Michael Rosen.  “With our no reserve auction format, guests are able to start bidding as low as $1, and can come away with a piece of art that would otherwise be inaccessible at gallery prices, all while giving back to charity.”

Featured artists include: Kenny Scharf, John “Crash” Matos, Hebru Brantley, Icy and Sot, Dain, and Kashink, among many others.

To date, a quarter of a million in art sales has been made.
