What began as an elaborate German wedding reception is now the world’s largest festival and synonymous with fall’s arrival in Chicago. If you’re looking for an Oktoberfest street festival, you’ve sadly already missed most of the hoopla. Fortunately, a few places still have yet to kick off their seasonal rendition of this annual tradition.
