A winter full of takeout food and Netflix left you feeling a bit sluggish? Join the club! I knew it was all downhill when a Lou Malnati’s, my favorite Chicago deep dish pizzeria, moved into the neighborhood during the worst winter of my life. Short of taping my mouth shut, I’m doing everything possible to avoid eating myself into a coma.

How to Cleanse Your Body and Live a Healthier Life

There’s no reason to pay for our culinary sins past wintertime and through our entire spring. Putting ourselves first means exercising self-control at the dinner table – at least that’s what Milan teaches her clients. Milan is the owner and founder of So Naturelle Wellness, a Chicago based lifestyle and wellness service. Through manageable dietary adjustments ranging from 11 day to 8 week programs, she teaches her clients how to feel better now and live better in the long run. Many of our illnesses and ailments can be treated or cured simply by changing what we eat. Her goal is not to create the perfect diet, which involves only a short term change, but to create a healthier lifestyle, customized for each individual, guaranteed to improve their life for years to come.
