During this, their 125th anniversary season, the Auditorium Theatre is hosting its “Made in Chicago” movie series. Iconic films about or made in Chicago are shown for free, themed cocktails are served, and on theme entertainment is featured.
Tomorrow, the Auditorium’s lobby will be transformed into “The Batcave” for “The Dark Knight” directed by Christopher Nolan, featuring an Academy Award winning performance by Heath Ledger. Guests are invited to arrive at 6 p.m. for Batman-themed cocktails, a superhero photo booth, and a special appearance by members of Acrobatica Infiniti – The Nerd Circus. The movie starts at 7 p.m.
Reserved seating is already sold out but general admission seats are free and open to the public.
